This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed on our website. By placing an order with Novara, you agree to the terms set out below.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, based on your delivery location and the items in your cart. Any free shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at infos.novara@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Novara is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier. Please contact us and we will assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier where possible.
