We want you to love your Novara purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy explains our returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Hygiene Notice for Intimate Apparel

Because our products are body-shaping and intimate apparel, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags or hygiene seal removed, for health and hygiene reasons. Please try on your item carefully over your own underwear and with the tags still attached. This does not affect your rights in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Final sale or clearance items (where indicated at the time of purchase).
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at infos.novara@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at infos.novara@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to request a return for the eligible item and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
